Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?

If you want, but Neat Green will provide all environmentally friendly cleaning supplies and their own equipment.

Do I have to be home while Neat Green team is cleaning?

For new customers is mandatory that the person who booked the cleaning service is at home, for recurrent clients you do not need to be at home. Some customers always leave their home to us while others are present on every visit. Either way, the choice is yours. Just remember to keep us informed if your schedule or cleaning needs change.

How to pay?

We accept credit card, debit card, personal checks and cash.

Do you require cancellation notice?

In the event that you have to cancel your scheduled appointment we ask that you notify us within a reasonable amount of time before your scheduled appointment. We consider a reasonable amount of time to be at least 48 hours to contact our Neat Green customer service. If you have to reschedule an appointment within less 24 hours you may be charged a fee of $20. If we come to your residence for a confirmed and scheduled appointment and we are locked out from access to your home we may charge $40 as a lock‐out fee.

What if I'm not happy with my results?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If anything is not as expected please call or email us with your concerns. Your feedback, positive or negative, is valuable to our business! If your Neat Green service visit was unsatisfactory, let us know within 24 hours so we will schedule a re‐clean.

What about tipping?

We leave that up to you. Tips are not expected, but they are always appreciated!
